Shipping Policy:

We use "First Class Shipping" on all orders unless asked to otherwise. Shipping in North America is a standard $5 USD charge, while shipping to other countries (international) we charge $15 USD. We ship out all orders on Monday and Wednesday mornings of each week (or when we have some extra free time).

Refund Policy:

We ensure that all figures and parts are in the highest quality possible before each shipment, but we do understand that we could possibly overlook things. We allow refunds up till we ship the product(s), and if the product is somehow damaged on our end we will send you replacement part(s).
